DELIVERY INFORMATION

STANDARD DELIVERY
Ninety five per cent of these deliveries will arrive by wooden pallet.
Deliveries are made by an independent haulier.
Delivery times vary depending on the service you choose.
All Stock items will be dispatched within 1 working day or same working day if orders are placed before 12pm.
Dispatch times for non-stock items can vary tremendously depending on the suppliers location.
If you have placed an order for non-stock items we will contact you with more information to insure the estimated time frame is acceptable.

RETURNS
Damages / Incorrect Deliveries
Products damaged in transit must be noted at the time of delivery, documented on the delivery note and delivery refused. It is the customer's responsibility to check the Products for damage with the delivery driver and to notify us of any damages within a reasonable period. We cannot accept claims for Products damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition or "unchecked".
If your order is incorrect you must notify us within 2 working days.
Tiles Ahead will send out any replacements as soon as possible.
Leftovers
We will refund any unopened boxes within 28 days of the delivery date.
We cannot accept returns on any opened boxes, loose tiles or perishable items ie adhesive and grout.
It is the customers responsibility to arrange the return of goods to our Cwmbran showroom at their own expense.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receipt of returned goods.
Change of Choice
Our customers have the right to return any nonperishable goods that still remain in original packaging if they are not happy with their selection.
This must be done within 28 days of the delivery date.
It is the customers responsibility to arrange the return of goods to our Cwmbran showroom at their own expense.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receipt of returned goods.
Refunds will not be given on original delivery costs.

Special Orders
Items that have been specifically ordered for customers' specific needs cannot be returned or refunded. E.g. Tiles that have been specially ordered to complete a job cannot be returned or refunded.
